Our Teaching School alliance is committed to developing future leaders that are highly effective in what they do. There are a number of opportunities to provide professional development for leaders. Performance management, CPD, shadowing and secondment opportunities, including recruitment are available. We also draw upon strengths within the alliance to mentor aspiring heads, middle leaders and other staff across our schools. Information about leadership opportunities is shared across the alliance at our meetings. All of our schools will be involved in succession planning initiatives to create a supply of highly effective leaders that will provide strong support for school improvement and raising outcomes for all of our children.
We have a growing network of teams across the alliance, including SLEs, Early Years Lead Teachers, Assessment Lead Teachers, head teacher mentors and senior leader networks.
We also have the capacity to provide head teacher performance management.
